Reiki

I woke up this morning with lower back pain. Every move hurts. It usually get better after a while. I sat down and did reiki self healing. I could feel my body in stressed condition, fighting the pain, enduring the pain. My heart was beating a bit erratically. I placed my hands on different parts of my body and started breathing in and out. Breathing in energy, breathing it out through my body and hands, directing it to my body. I felt my body calming down and gaining balance.
