Dreams

I dreamed I planted two pieces of ginger, palm size. I planted them in a square alluminum tin. Instead of ginger, they became crabs, two of them trying to get out. I quickly put the lid on. I had to make some holes so they could breathe or they might die. I looked for means to cut some openings in the lid. I should have planted them in a deep pot then they would not be able to get out. But would they? I woke up, just a dream.
Recently I noticed my dream and awake moment interlaced. In my dreams, I am as aware as I would be awake. I think the same thoughts and feel the same way. For instance, in my dream I remember Clare was planting ginger, she said ginger stays fresh that way. Every time she needs some, she cut some. I thought it a good idea.
Strange the dream.
…..
I dreamed we were at a function. I had a plate with stuffed mushrooms. I took a big one and enjoyed it. It was very fresh. I looked up and saw one of my brothers halfway through a sandwich. “He would have enjoyed the mushrooms so much,” I thought, “I did not really need those mushrooms. I ate them to finish them up. What a pity, I could have left it for him. What remains on the plate are small ones only, the big ones are so good. I know I will order a plate of it for him.”
I woke up and wondered how to read the dream. It is said dreams follow a pattern. If we write it down, over time we are able to see it.
