If you cannot love yourself, you cannot love others. It is a common saying, one which does not really hit home until it happens.

I found myself thinking, – if we are all one, then when I hurt another, I hurt myself. Hence the precept, love thy neighbor as thyself.

If as in quantum physics one particle can affect another far away, we as human beings are even more likely to do that. And that is about the only thing I got from reading on quantum physics, science not being my forte.
