When it came to me, wisdom is nothing but commonsense.

It came about when I found myself studying my husband.

He was well educated, well read but when it came to practical sense.

He did not have very much of it.

Any chores, I could trust him to find the hardest way to do it,

while I would find the easiest way to achieve it.

That was when it came to me, a simple truth,

wisdom is nothing but common sense.
