One day I had an inner sighting. I saw myself as a staight light post reaching to the heavens, my body a form built around the light post. I saw anything can be done to the body, it can be punished, disintegrate, anything – it will not touch the light post of spirit which will remain intact. This inner sighting help me with my daily life, to live as good a life as possible yet not remain attach.

Not being attach is sufferings removed because often we suffer because the “self” is touch. With less self, less ego, there is less to protect or be defensive about, less to suffer and life moves so much more smoothly, flows so much more smoothly.
